Returns POLICY
Follow these 4 easy steps to make a return:
Make sure the product Is:
In new and re-saleable condition ,n the original packaging including tags and labels. Not personalised, customised or special order.
Returned in pack quantities (if applicable).

Print the returns label and returns form and package the goods
suitably for transportation.
Please attach the returns label to outer packaging, and not
the original product packaging •

We recommend that you send the parcel via a signed for service keeping the proof of postage
STANDARD RETURNS:
Providing your return Is approved for refund you will be paid the full amount (including any original delivery costs).
The return needs to have been requested within 14 calendar days and received with us within 28 calendar days of delivery.
You may return an item up to 90 calendar days after delivery; These will be refunded less a 15% restocking fee.
You will usually reserve your refund within 7 days of us receiving the item(s) back in our store.
FAULTY RETURNS·
Should you need to return an item to us, deemed to be faulty. please contact us as above. We will arrange the collection using
our transport at our cost. Our mam aim is to keep you working, so we will supply and invoice a replacement for you right away.
Once the return item has been assessed and found faulty we will apply a full credit
DISCOUNTED QUANTITY RATE RETURNS·
If you return part of an order originally purchased at a discounted quantity rate we will reca1culate the value of your remaining

Sample Policy
Our goal is one-hundred percent customer satisfaction. We want to be sure you are absolutely happy with the product(s) you buy from us, for your assurance we provide samples for your evaluation.
These are provided at the discretion of the sales team, free of charge and free of carriage charges.
Samples need to be returned within 14 calendar days.

We will send you the collection details and collect if for you.
If you retain the goods an invoice will be raised after 14 days.
If your order is not approved/ found suitable for return, we will send details to you and arrange collection
Damaged Goods:
Any goods damaged in transit should be signed for as “DAMAGED”. Goods should then be checked immediately and in the event of any shortage, loss or damage, the company and carriers must be notified at once by telephone, and subsequently such notification must be confirmed in writing or E-mail with accompanying image within 48 hours.
Title and Risk:
Title to goods shall not pass to the Purchaser until the invoice price and any other money is paid in full, although risk in the goods passes to the Purchaser on receipt. Xenith Heightsreserves the right to collect the goods (from the purchaser) or any other goods to the value of the invoice price on outstanding invoices.
“Cooling off” period:
Under the Distance Selling Regulations, you may cancel a distance contract to purchase a product or products from us at any time within 7 working days after the day you received the relevant product or products (subject to the limitations set out below).
In order to cancel a contract in this way, you must give to us written notice of cancellation.
You will not have any such right insofar as a contract relates to: (i) the supply of any products which constitute audio or video recordings or computer software which have been unsealed by you; (ii) the supply of products the price of which is dependent upon fluctuations in financial markets which we cannot control; (iii) the supply of newspapers, periodicals or magazines; (iv) the supply of goods made to your specifications or personalised; or (v) the supply of goods which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
If you cancel a contract on this basis, you must promptly return the products to us, in the same condition in which you received them.
If you cancel a contract on this basis, you will be refunded in full (including the cost of sending the products to you). However, you will be responsible for paying the cost of returning the product to us.
If you cancel a contract on this basis and you do not return the products to us, we may recover the products and charge you for the costs we incur in doing so. Similarly, if you return the products at our expense, we may pass that expense on to you.
Statutory rights:
Nothing in these terms of sale affects your statutory rights (including your right to receive a refund in respect of any defective product we sell to you).
Refunds:
If you cancel a contract and are entitled to a refund, we will usually refund any money received from you using the same method originally used by you to pay for your purchase. We will process the refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days of the day we received your valid notice of cancellation.
